Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Return Process

  1. Request a Return:

    • Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive a Return Authorization:

    • Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the Item Back:

    • Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible.
    • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
    • Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return instructions.

  4. Processing Your Return:

    • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
    • If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 10-15 business days.

Refunds

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Processing Time: It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request.
  • Exchanges are subject to item availability.
  • We will process the exchange once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@munmur.com with photos and a description of the issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
