Ship the Item Back:
- Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return instructions.

- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
- If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 10-15 business days.
Refunds
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
